Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment.
You will receive reminder emails both 48 hours and 24 hours before your service. You can utilize these emails to modify or cancel your appointment, and can contact me directly by text if you need to cancel same day. Please do not utilize Instagram for cancellation or reschedule requests.
Requests to cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of your scheduled service, as I may not be able to fill the appointment time with late notice. This fee is not a deposit towards a future appointment.
No-show appointments will be charged for the full cost of the service.

Late Policy
Late arrivals will be given a 10 minute grace period, however your treatment time will be shortened with the full service cost still due.
If you expect to be more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and you will be charged 50% of the service cost.

Preparation & After-care
For new clients, please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to your appointment to fill out an intake form. For those under the age of 18, a parent must accompany you to your first appointment to sign off on this form. Please note I do not see clients under the age of 16.
Discontinue usage of retinoids and chemical exfoliants at least 24 hours or more before your appointment, as these ingredients can contribute to skin sensitivity during professional exfoliation.Wait at least 2 weeks after receiving filler, and 72 hours after receiving Botox, before scheduling an appointment.
Avoid high-intensity workouts and makeup for 24 hours after your facial to let your skin breathe.
Change to a fresh pillowcase and towel.
Do not apply retinoids or exfoliating products for another 72 hours.
Limit sun exposure and apply an SPF of 30 or higher.

Payment
A credit card is required to reserve your appointment, but will only be utilized for late cancellation charges. You may use whatever form of payment you’d like at the time of your service. I accept credit/ debit cards and exact cash.
For those redeeming e-gift certificates - a credit card is still required to reserve your booking. Gift certificates will be redeemed in-person at time of checkout.
